  1. You can search for entries with specific List By settings.
  2.  
  3. 1. Choose Find/Set List By from the Search menu.
  4.  
  5. 2. Click the appropriate column next to each List
  6.     By group.
  7.  
  8. •  Find Entry If List By Is On means the search
  9.     looks for entries with this List By setting.  (For
  10.     example, if you click List By Company, it will
  11.     look for all entries that are listed by company
  12.     name.)

  14. •  Find Entry If List By Is Off means that the
  15.     search looks for entries that do not have this
  16.     List By setting.  (For example, if you click List
  17.     By Profession, it will look for all entries that
  18.     are not listed by profession.)

  20. •  Do Not Find means that the search will not
  21.     consider entries with this List By setting.  (For
  22.     example, if you click List By Name, it will pay
  23.     no attention to the List by Name setting.)

  25. 3. Under Find Search Logic, click Any Match (OR)
  26.     to find any entry for which any one of the
  27.     search criteria is true.  (In the example above,
  28.     the search would find all entries listed by
  29.     company and all entries not listed by profession.
  30.     It would pay no attention to the List By Name
  31.     setting.)

  33.     Click All Must Match (AND) to find each entry
  34.     for which all of the criteria are true.  (In the
  35.     example above, the search would find only
  36.     entries that are listed by company and not by
  37.     profession.  It would pay no attention to the List
  38.     By Name setting.)

  40. 4. Click Find to find the first/next entry or Find
  41.     All to find all of the entries.
